About our Catering

Everything at Café Josephine is house made from all the sauces to smoking the meat to shaving the Parmesan wheel every morning for the Alfredo sauce for the day along with serving Louisiana seafood. We are all about the quality of our product and service for your special occasion.

Our chef is passionate about food and will not use inferior product. The seasons change and at times we may have to make changes if the quality is suffering. We will work with all of our clients to make sure that we replace the item that is not of our quality with something of equal value.

Our menus will be updated as Chef creates mouthwatering items each season. We hope to be a part of your special day.
